愿景
Our Vision

教育|Education

我们提供高质量的软件工程课程,由浅入深,利用生成式人工智能技术帮助学生更快、更好地学习编程。

We offer high-quality software engineering courses that progress from beginner to advanced levels, utilizing Generative AI technology to help students learn programming faster and better.

业界协作|CoOPEration

在掌握了基本的软件工程技能后,我们的学生通过我们的实习项目与行业志愿者合作,完成开源、非营利或企业合作项目,并获得一对一的指导。

After acquiring basic software engineering skills, our students collaborate with industry volunteers through our Residency Program to complete open-source, non-profit, or corporate partnership projects and receive 1:1 mentorship.

进入行业|Vocation

当学生的技术技能达到行业标准时,他们将获得推荐到包括大型科技公司和初创公司在内的外部公司。我们还为优秀学生提供内部就业机会。

When the student’s technical skills reach industrial standard, they will receive referrals to external companies including big tech and startups. We also provide internal employment opportunities for outstanding students.

How We Use Our Donations

One of our obligations is to responsibly and transparently use donations under proper oversight.

Organization infrastructure

We provide industrial standard infrastructure for students and volunteers. This includes cloud and on premise servers, infrastructure lisencing and maintenance costs from contractors.

Fund our interns

As part of our Residency Program, we hire interns (full-time or part-time) to work on projects that are related to our cause. Donation is used to pay for their salaries/benefit and cause related projects.

Operations

Money spent on operations, such as office rent and payroll and other admistative actions, is kept at sustainable and minimal level. Currently, offices and intern dorms are donated by board members. People operations are done by volunteers.

Prohibited spendings

Any form of compensation, whether fair or unfair, is not allowed to be provided to any board member. Travel expenses and other similar indirect benefits are also prohibited.

Volunteers

Volunteers’ dedication and selfless contributions are the cornerstone of our program’s success. They are the most vital part of our efforts, and we deeply appreciate all that volunteers do.
